The site assigns an anonymous browser session identifier and may record page views, section views, call-to-action clicks, form-step views, and form submissions. This helps Masango Systems understand where visitors need clearer information and how the intake flow performs.
How information is used
Information is used to review project fit, respond to inquiries, scope potential work, improve the website and intake experience, maintain a lead pipeline, and protect the service from misuse.
Storage and retention
Lead and website-event records may be stored in Supabase. Intake notifications and confirmations may be sent through Resend. Information is retained while needed for project discussions, operational records, service improvement, or legal obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses browser localStorage to maintain an anonymous tracking session. Essential cookies are used for the password-protected administrator portal. Masango Systems does not use this data for third-party advertising.
Third-party services
The website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for lead and event records, and Resend for email delivery. External project and social links are governed by the privacy practices of those destinations.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your intake information. You can clear the anonymous session identifier through your browser storage controls. Some records may be retained where reasonably required for security, legal, or operational purposes.
